At present membership is £15- £11 for your personel insurance and £4 fees. Gates open at 3.00pm. Bring sleeping mat and bag. Membership starts at 14.00pm Saturday. Pre-season meeting 5.00pm. Battles Saturday and Sunday. Excellent site. Full living history. Association all together in grounds of race course. Usual Association payment for vehicles, clear with events co-ordinator first if possible. Bar in marquee from Friday, dance on Saturday night for re-enacters and public, local brewery with beer at £2 a pint. Really large excellent battle field here, excellent access and facilities here.

Full Association Event at Pickering Show Ground, involved with NYMR show. Marder present and all other Association vehicles. Other tracked armour there, can run on the show ground. Full battles Saturday and Sunday. Eastern Front and Western Front Battles.

Bigger and better site, lovely seaside town. Full living histories all Association together in one display area. Firing displays with small pyros effects. Bar available to re-enacters at night time, next to where Moonlight Serenaders are performing. Parade through town with our Pipe and Drums.

Wheels and Wings, party at night. Living history displays in the this large miltary display. Plenty to do in the Yorkshire Air Museum, lots of other re-enactors at the event.

Near Beverley - RAF Leconfield, D-Day Function. Details.
Final details to come in yet. Accommodation will be provided at this event, that could build for next year. Sgts mess is holding a D-Day function on 6th June. Families and public will arrive from 1700hrs to look at dispalys. Contact organiser through details to say you are coming, costs and accommodation needed.

All nww2a members for practise weekend for Pickering Event. Work out details. Also help build some props and a small peasant village. Materials provided, but bring a hammer and some nails! Full facilities available, modern and authentic camping available. Excellent training opportunity for all units, firing allowed but no issue of nww2a ammo.

Theme is 100 years of the TA. Large Military Tattoo on Green in front of Cathedral. Using 7 different army corps including Cavalry and infantry during WW1 and WW2 with mock battles. Two day show. Based on Edinburgh Tattoo. Evening battle in arena Saturday, living history and firing displays Saturday and everybody on Sunday. Very safe and secure camping with Great War Society in the grounds of the DLI museum. Full TV coverage. Royalty present, other VIPs and 2000 audience for Saturday Tattoo.
